Policies & Procedures

Credit Cards: We accept all major credit cards- Mastercard, Discover, Visa and American Express – A credit card is required to secure your appointment only.

 

-Refunds:We do not issue refunds on eyelash extension and permanent cosmetic services. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and quality customer care. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with the results of your service, please let us know before leaving the salon.

 

Eyelash Extensions: Post concerns will be managed with a required one-to one assessment, followed by a one-time adjustment at no additional charge within 7-business days of service. oPermanent Cosmetics: Concerns regarding design will be addressed 4-8 weeks after the initial procedure and completion of healing period.

– You may cancel or reschedule without charge 48 hours prior to your appointment. This change must be performed online.
– Same Day cancellations will result in a $50.00 cancellation fee. Special Note: Your design sessions are reserved especially for you. Clients who fail to provide prior notification will be charged $50.00 for the scheduled service.

 

We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and has implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.

 

*When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card ready when booking an appointment online. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show.
